No issues. While this is a chain company, I typically have the same 2-3 people cut my hair and they remember who I am.
Great communication
Typically don't go to this Great Clips. 2 of the 3 times I have they have messed up my hair. I recently went July 2nd to this location and requested Kelsey seeing so many positive reviews regarding her. However she was off so I went to another lady working there. I showed her a photo of how my haircut typically looks and she explained exactly what I would typically get done so I felt confident it was going to be a good haircut.
