If I could put a 0 I would. Everytime I go to greatclips it is because it is my last option. This is because everytime I go they always mess up my hair!! I am sick of it. I came here today and asked specifically for a hair cut and even showed a picture of what I wanted. Before I could even correct the lady she was CHOPPING my hair. What is it with GreatClips employees and their scissor happiness. It took me MONTHS to grow my hair to get it styled the way that I wanted. I could have cut it better myself. If I could put a 0 I would. Everytime I go to greatclips it is because it is my last option. This is because everytime I go they always mess up my hair!! I am sick of it.
