I would give 0 stars if I could. Today, 11/30/24, I called to make an appointment and was informed that they do not make appointments, I must check in online. This was at Great Clips in Washington, IL. When I walked in the door, my phone said 4 minute wait and I was second in line on their computer screen. 20 minutes later, 5 people were called ahead of me.
