This Great Clips has sub-standard costumer service (to say the least). We were greater by a lady who "checked us in" and we sat for a few minutes before another employee came to the computer and argued with me in front of other customers and employees (even the one who had just previously checked us in!) stating "you're not in the computer". After a few more snotty remarks by this employee and I pointed to the employee who checked us in who finally looked over and said "it's my fault, I must have entered it wrong". However t... read more
This is a good place to get a great cut. Locatation is convent to my home, and they're very friendly. However, they do need more staff, always a long wait time.
