Very nice staff and my haircut looked great!
After waiting for 30 minutes I was not aware of family taking priority over customers as a store policy... Pretty rude especially when there were 3 others waiting... I was not the only one to walk out and go to a competitor down the road.....
Wondering why the doors were locked at 620 on 2/18 with employees just sitting inside laughing as my husband and son tried to get in for a hair cut..? Nice customer service I’m sure the manager or owner would be really happy to know that they’re just paying people to sit around and do nothing. Also, your manager might want to empty your voicemail box. It’s full so nobody can leave a voicemail. It’s like they don’t want business?
Just came in before they closed for a haircut and they were so nice everything was amazing and my hair came out beautiful, my new favorite hair place
