Perfect cut…
Signed my kid up for a haircut online today. Arrived at the salon prior to the wait time check in. Myself and one other man were in salon and awaiting appts when one of the stylists took a walk in into the back. Ended up waiting for over half an hour when we would have had a 5 minute wait otherwise. Not sure if the stylist didn't know how to use the software or if she was just being blatantly disrespectful, but either way, it reflects poorly on the business.
Wow what a great place to get a haircut! The stylists are a lot of fun and know what they are doing. Nice to stop there on my way home from work, with online checkout.
