I've never had a problem with getting in to get my haircut at this Great Clips location or other locations. But this day was completely different- it was very short-staffed and I had to wait for over an hour to get my haircut, which was ridiculous! I even did the online check-in with the Great Clips app on my phone, and I still had to wait a while, which was very frustrating!
Out of 3 locations I typically go to (Clayton, Hamptons, and Brentwood), Naidia is the best hairstylist that I've had. She knows what she's doing. I know what to expect every time
When you go, ask for Nidia - she is skilled, thorough, and welcoming. It is always done smooth & fast, yet doesn't feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend
The haircut I just got was from a shorter lady with tattoo’s. Has absolutely no idea what she’s doing and cut my sides like a 5th grader would. Also I asked for an inch trim and she gives me a whole shaving and a goofy looking middle part. Easily the worst haircut of my ENTIRE LIFE. Please fire her immediately.
