Been going here for about 5 or 6 years getting the exact same hair cut minus changing the sides from a 2 to 1. Just an undercut with never an issue Until Sunday when I got Maribel Immediately I felt there would be an issue but decided that I may have been overthinking Every time I've gone there, they've always read the notes and asked undercut, I confirm then I'm in and out in about 30 minutes. Worst visit ever. I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted the associate to finalize and leave. Apparently she was the last one missing to have lunch and she wasn’t very happy and careful during the whole cut (the youngest lady working there). I’ve been coming to this location for the last 1.5 years since I moved to the area, today was my last time.
I really liked hair cut with April she did a great job definitely recommend.
The haircuts were great, the vibe was not. This was my first time taking my kids to great clips. Longer wait but the stylists were working through the list so we are patient and happy. My youngest son went first, April did a great job! My oldest son went next, April did another great job! She is genuinely so patient and kind.
