I had a horrible experience at this Great Clips location. I took my son in for a haircut, and Lisa, the stylist with long, curly, dirty-blonde hair, cut his hair. Unfortunately, the haircut was extremely uneven and poorly done. The top was choppy, the edges were uneven, and the fade had a very noticeable line. It was clear that the haircut had not been blended properly. I was so disappointed that I took my son to San Angelo Cuts afterward to see if they could fix it. They need to fix their online check in. We were here for awhile waiting our turn and people showing up 15 minutes after their time, long enough where the stylists were calling the next people after their turn went by, just showed up and jumped the line ahead of everyone else. They need to fix it where if they're not there when their name is called, they go to the back of the line. (Update) hair cut finished and I don't know the ladies name but she did a terrible terrible job. I'm going to go home and fix it myself.
