Kristi was the nicest person ever and gave me the best looking cut that I've ever gotten!
They need to fix their online check in. We were here for awhile waiting our turn and people showing up 15 minutes after their time, long enough where the stylists were calling the next people after their turn went by, just showed up and jumped the line ahead of everyone else. They need to fix it where if they're not there when their name is called, they go to the back of the line. (Update) hair cut finished and I don't know the ladies name but she did a terrible terrible job. I'm going to go home and fix it myself.
