I have brought my son here 2 or 3 times and the stylist has always been great. This past time we got someone new and she butchered my son’s hair. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to cut it shorter or make it worse. Thankfully it’s just hair and it grows back. I will ask for a stylist by name only if we ever go back. I don’t know what this woman’s name was but she was a taller Hispanic lady. Very kind just did a bad cut.
They have a check in process but when you show up after using on line check in they pick others in front of you , today on busy Saturday 15 minutes we watched two stylist sit and do nothing , then get up and call out two people not on list
Went in earlier today. The lady who cut my hair just eyeballed and freehanded everything. Nothing is even and after she was done there was several areas where there was long strands of hair that were never cut. Wouldn’t have wasted money if I knew I would have to finish cutting my own hair. The only thing that’s great about this place is the name. Whoever gave this chick her license needs to be fired as well.
