Three stars because my son's haircut went exactly as he asked. Thank you, Charles—you were worth the wait. If this review were based solely on my experience, it would be one star. Senior prices aren't that much of a bargain anymore, but still better than that other marketplace offerings. Keep track of your haircuts so hopefully they're the same each time. Consistency and good cheer. Mary Lou long-term customer.
I appreciate the ease of the online check in, keeps the wait time at a mininum , Amy understands what I need for my hair cut or trim for the appointment, the business is clean and cheerful and customers are greeted warmly.
