UPDATE!!! I called yesterday and got told by Samantha (apparently who cut my hair) that this patch was white hair?!!?!? I will now be pursuing speaking to their corporate offices since a manager and or district manager do not want to reach out and make this right. 20$ haircut that I tipped her 50% on 10$. Great clips does not have the customer service to even make it right.
