I hate to leave bad reviews but had a really really bad haircut today that will need to be fixed elsewhere. Stay away.
My notes on file were quoted but ignored or misunderstood by hair cutting specialist. Hair clippers too short and one side on back of head was clipped almost bald like a large swatch of hair shaved off. Other side of back of head was short but not shaved. The difference from one side to the other is embarrassingly noticeable. Usually I'm offer an eyebrow trim and was not this time.
What do I do if not satisfied with my hair cut ??
Went there and asked for a blunt angled bob. Wanted it to hit approximately 2 in below my shoulders. This is what I left with. It's at least 3 in shorter than I requested. I pointed to the specific spot on my body I wanted my hair to hit when it was dry, and then she wet my hair and cut at that exact spot. I knew in that moment it was already going to be shorter than what I wanted. She then cut it unevenly, so had to just keep chopping until I had a cut that hits less than an inch below my chin.
