Not happy. I went in today to get a hair cut and I believe Jennifer cut my hair and I asked for a trim and to even everything out. everything the same length. she cut like 3 inches. I cherish my hair and am very upset. Will never be going back.
I will no longer be getting my haircut here. I have gone in twice and the same thing has happened. I would like a trim please, could you take 2 inches. They take 4 inches . My hair is healthy, so it was not because it needed it. I feel bad posting this, but TWICE IN A ROW.
