Great haircut experience. Jackie worked them scissors and clippers around my head with the skill of an artist! Plus she smells really nice. I don't know what she's being paid now, but she DEFINITELY deserves a raise
One of the worst haicuts I have ever had. Also the app completely lies. You can check in and it shows you next in line but it doesn’t always show up on their screen so you wait even longer. Today shows two stylists here and there is no wait but there is only one stylist and a line. Finding somewhere else to go, tired of this place.
I have been going to great clips for over 20 years and NEVER had a more nasty encounter at any great clips. The woman working was the so called general manager was VERY unprofessional and a disgrace to Great clips. This was 10 am 10/8/26
