Waste of time. Associate did not check me in even after I gave my phone number and got my name confirmed. Another associate who was checking in another customer asked if I had checked in and I said yes, I have my phone number and name. Added my name at the bottom of the waitlist even though she knew I had been waiting and it was the other associate who failed to check me in.
Great place! Centrally located, extended hours and stylist Susie is exceptional! Susie is skilled, knowelegable, personable and very customer service oriented. She’s efficient and excels in her work efforts! Susie is an excellent ambassador of the Great Clips brand.
She cut my back length a little too short
