Ashley has been cutting my hair at the Oak Forest shop since I found her. I have gotten some bad haircuts there. So I wait and watch when I have to decide. A couple of weeks ago I called to make sure she was there. She is amazing and always cuts my hair beautifully. Whenever she cuts my haircut I always get compliments from people when I am out and about. Thank you Ashley!
I have lived in oak forest for 22 years of my life and have been going to this location since I remember. I always have had really bad haircuts at this place almost every time. They would do it uneven and it would look terrible. I walked in today and asked for a simple haircut a half inch off trim basically. And this lady is awesome!! She pulls out clips and the whole 9 yards just for a trim which was awesome!!! Never happened to me before at a great clips. Let’s say this was the worst greatclips time of my life. The girl Lavina was rude, and rushy, very unapproachable as a stylist. She butchered my fade & I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed which was hard to get her deep lines out of my fade. I had lines everywhere and not one stylist stopped to correct this look. Not even the manager CoCo did anything or said anything as i walked by. The quality care needs to be fixed. That woman was not skilled at all. I will not be returning
