Never had a bad experience here per se. However my recent visit stood out because MaKayla was by far the BEST stylist ive had in 5 years. She was great with my kids 6&8 , made sure they got what they asked for while making sure I approved and she was so friendly. Will definitely come back specifically for her.
Melissa is the worst hair cutter I've EVER had. HORRIBLE attitude, didn't apologize after RUINING my hair cut.
I have been wearing my hair really short and pretty much cutting it myself. Well recently, me and the clippers were not getting along to well and I has an issue that needed fixed. I was able to remotely sign in, drive to the salon, and waited only few min before the gals here had me fixed up . My only complaint is that on my second visit, the girl who took care of me did not seem to know what the first girl had done . I thought they were supposed to keep Clipper Notes?
