One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in the last 10 years. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in listening carefully to the haircut instructions. Their attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, especially toward kids. Very disappointed with the overall experience — I would not recommend this location.

I took my son to this location, and we have used this location on a few occasions. The lady who identified as the assistant manager cut my son’s hair. He is 13 and has Autism. I noticed that he was bleeding from a cut to the side of his face. Only when I said something did the stylist stop and get him something for the cut. She told me his head was down and she couldn’t see what she was doing. She knew she had nicked him, and didn’t notify me or apologize. Had a very good experience. I have short hair and just wanted a simple cut, Irina did an excellent job, especially considering the only requests I made were “shorter and cleaned up.”

I would give 0 star, POOR Service. Went for haircut for my son . Dorothy ( mentioned in other review comments) was the stylist and she was unprofessional and did a very bad job. Inspite of explaining the details she did not cut properly nor interested in listening. She was rude in her response. Never get haircut from her. This is the second time I am having similar experience with her.
