Zero ratings . If possible, for one staff member in particular , for being rude, was mentioned in most of the negative reviews here. Very rude and disrespectful with bad attitude. This is my second experience with same person in last 6 months.
DO NOT LET DOROTHY (African American woman) CUT YOUR HAIR. SHE IS NOT INTERESTED My daughter’s hair was cut uneven and there were multiple long strands still in her hair and pretty visible as we left. The stylist also didn’t slowly cut her hair until they reached her desired length instead she just took a big first chop so even though it was shorter than she wanted it was too late to do anything. Yesterday I went for a haircut I showed her images of how I wanted the haircut and she saw it After I saw it wasn't that images haircut and Also she told me she has a experience from 25 years. I feel so bad for myself Why did I go to a haircut and too a high price for not giving me that haircut I showed her? Here is the thing If she was given the same haircut that i showed her I was gonna give her a good tip and also get some business but not I will never visit again
