Enjoyed my first 2 haircuts with great clips as the haircuts turned out very nice and professional about a year ago. Recently the last few experiences (especially today) has proven to be a steady decline in quality (uneven fading, long hairs missed leaving haircut cut crooked, employees admitting they aren’t barbers). Especially with how much it costs, it’s definitely not a place I’d recommend if you want your hair and beard to be groomed by professionals. Do not go here.
I have been bringing my 24-year-old autistic son to Great Clips for nearly two years, and we've seen positive results overall. However, during our most recent visit, we encountered a staff member who was not only uncooperative but also displayed a complete lack of patience. Her disrespectful attitude was evident as she was loud and didn’t listen to our needs. Unfortunately, the haircut she provided was unsatisfactory and left unfinished. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Great Clips.
Sherry is the best, just wish her schedule was more predictable
