Great experience today with Katie W. I called in about getting a rather bad hair cut from a competitor earlier in the day. They said check in online to save a spot and they could possibly get me in before close. Both managers Katie and Diane were very friendly, and listened to me complain about my current cut. Katie assessed my hair, and spoke with me about what needed to be fixed. She did an absolutely incredible job. Thank you for fixing a disaster. You are awesome. I will be coming back.
They were so friendly and gave my son just the look he wanted!
Had a regular hair cut several years ago that was everything normal and then the stylist took out a tool and removed hair on the back center of my neck (without touching the low sides) into my hairline without permission saying "I'll thank her later." I'm still waiting for an explanation. This was just before the laser event that left my neck nothing but red and my hairlines exaggerated and/or forming a pyramid - or imagination.
Great salon with an awesome team! Everyone is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and the customer service is always great. Five stars!
