I asked for 1/2” to be cit off the top and the stylist cut more than an inch. Wasn’t happy but what do you say once it’s cut. Will wear a hat for a couple weeks.

These people suck instead of them being great clips they should be named worst clips
If I could do 0 Stars I would. I am so dissapointed at our local Great Clips. I had an incident a few months ago with my son. I asked the hairstylist prior to getting my sons haircut if she knew how to properly do a medium fade. She said yes. She completely ruined his hair. She was so rude. As I told her how horrible the haircut looked she was so mad, that she yanked my son off the chair. Which I never asked her to help him get off.
