What ever you do, avoid this place at all costs. I have never experienced something this unprofessional in my life. I went into Great Clips expecting a simple, clean haircut. Instead, during the cut, the assistant manager Kimberly’s hand literally slipped and she took a chunk out of my hair, leaving a noticeably short patch.
