Outstanding customer service. Over the last 9 years I have been to every Great Clips in the Greenville area and this location always acts professionally and generally cares about their clients. This location should be the standard that you hold all locations too.
I went to Great clips today to get my haircut there were two ladies cutting hair today and as I got in the chair for one of them to cut my hair she couldn't cut my hair for running her mouth with the other lady that also was cutting hair there was a man waiting to get a haircut and she kept talking to him he was showing her pictures on his phone and kept getting up and down and coming to her with pictures to see I was so aggravated I started to get up halfway and just walk out I think the people that work at Great clips shou... read more
The stylist that cut my hair was very experienced and understood exactly what kind of cut I wanted. The details really matter on short hair cuts and she delivered! The best hair wash too! Thank you for making my stop between Atlanta and Durham worthwhile.
