First thing - The ladies that actually cut the hair are nice , and usually welcoming and kind. And do good jobs! Although, the girl up front with red braids that I guess is supposed to be greeting customers does the exact opposite and is completely rude to customers. Probably had 3 interactions now, and each time has always made the entrance not welcoming. Worker morale seems distant and a no caring atmosphere. She said been 17 weeks since you been in and how do you want the top thinned. I said thin it out to blend in the sides and was met with a look of dismay. Weird situation. Not coming back the service was horrible and the workers were very much unfriendly. Ask the girl who cut my hair how is your day no response and was bossy lookup look down. She was in a rush at 430pm and they close at 5pm. Didn't leave a tip either with this type attitude.
