Sara does such a great job with my 2 year old! We have had her twice now. She is so patient and his hair cut is always good. Even with him wiggling from time to time.
I rarely complain always try to remedy issues before. Caleb here is AMAZING, but the the way the company does scheduling (or lack there of) and check in is ridiculously lacking. Not to mention the lady who runs the place being absolutely RUDE to the extreme. I checked in and as expected it was a lengthy wait, I noted that I wanted Caleb in my check in as I was directed to by the folks who work there.
