Very bad customer service. The dark skin girl there .refused to do my hair because she said it was matted . Asked if she could wash it first and I said no. I’ve been here several times and they only damp my hair. My hair is naturally curly and if you wash it it will be even more hard to detangle . Did not want to do her job

I’ve been going to this location for a long time. But recently they have a new manager and things have gone down hill. I checked in online, but when I arrived today they didn’t mark that was I was there and called others ahead of me that arrived later. One customer was smoking in the waiting area and nobody said anything to them. Probably won’t be going back to this location or any great clips again.

Went in to get my hair trimmed. It had been a while since it had been cut, and asked for a one to two inch trim to get it healthy again. When 6 inches of hair fell on the floor I started crying. The person who cut my hair not only got invasive about my personal life but destroyed my hair. It’s never been this short (like boy short) and it takes a long time to grow. 1-2 inches is not 6-7 inches. 🤬 This will take a year to grow out.
