I visited this salon around 12:30 PM for a haircut, an experience that quickly became one of the most uncomfortable I've encountered. My stylist was a woman in her mid to late 40s with watercolor tattoos on her arm, including that of a turtle and a flower. Initially, the salon was quiet, with only my stylist and me present. I lost track of time trying to get things done with my kiddos. I got to the store 30 minutes before they closed and was told they were booked until close. They refused to take My kids. I Ended up going to a different store and they apologized and told me the policy is to take people regardless of how busy they are up until close. I’m tempted to call corporate.
