I visited this Great Clips location in April 2025 while visiting family. I asked for a trim of 2 inches and to clean up the long layer. Halfway through the haircut, I realized the right side was at least 1 inch shorter than the left and she’d not even started on the layer cleanup. I brought it to her attention and she did what she could to even it up. She was friendly and apologized but didn’t ask for help. Hit and miss coming here. Mostly miss. This time was definitely a miss. She spent about 8 minutes on me. Neglected to cut part of one of my sideburns, and didn't trim either of them. Also completely forgot to cut the front of my hair. So I had bangs about 2x longer than any of the rest of my hair. Asked for half off the top, she did maybe 1/3rd. Also discovered that the back is extremely uneven. Just...how do you even mess up that badly? You're staring at the back of my head. Objectively a bad job.
