They do NOT know how to deal with curly hair. Started detangling at my roots and ripped through the knots at the bottom. I have gone here several times but today I tried to check in online 45 minutes until close and it said “due to high volume I couldn’t check in online”. So we just went up there. We got there about 15 minutes till close. There was one person cutting someone’s hair, no other clients and one other employee. I asked her (Brittany) if my daughter could get a quick trim and she said “no it’s too close to closing, we aren’t taking anymore clients”.
