I was in a really rough spot due to some personal issues, so I called ahead and asked if I could have an appointment where I just…didn’t have to talk. (Except for saying how I wanted my hair obviously. lol.) My hairstylist was Li, and not only did he absolutely respect that, he was also very kind and thorough. He checked several times throughout the haircut with me to make sure it was how I wanted it. Li is a real one for that. Thank you guys
One of the worst experience I had today with my hair at Great Clips. My stylist was Dusanka.She didn't clean the chair it was full of hair.I requested her to clean the seat. I asked her to cut long layers from front and just trim from back .She totally ruined my hair, they were uneven.
worst experience ever, they cut my hair so poorly, it was all crooked and it was so greasy after, i might as well payed the $50 somewhere else
On 06.01, Ava was my Stylist. She did a great job. I was very pleased. I gave her a big tip! Very different story on 05.31. I called in the early afternoon. I spoke, on the phone, to the only male stylist on duty. He said that Ava would be working ‘till 4:00 p.m. I arrived at about 3:10 p.m. … only to discover that that she left at 3:00. I drove about 45 minutes, round-trip, and was not able to get a haircut from my stylist of choice. I have been a customer of this Great Clips for more than 15 years!
