I always go to memorial location and see Jermaine he is good and talk to two other Nichol and keralin they were wonderful in work , respect cracking jocks and funny, I love to go this location. Thanks guys

I’ve been coming to this location for several years now utilizing the app for easy check-in and minimal wait. I’ve had mostly great experiences here, but 2 out of my last 3 visits I’ve been skipped, and by the same person who I believe is the new manager at this location. Skipped by somebody who wasn’t in line on the list, and today, I wasn’t checked in as soon as I walked in and the lady mentioned above, took somebody else instead of checking me in. Once again, the poor service is a new development here.
