The technicians are always pleasant and efficient. Quick in and out for your basic haircut. They do their best to do what you have asked.
That was the most awkward hair-cutting experience ever. I am fine with simple haircuts and people trying to sell you products, that’s why we go to great clips, for a cheap hair cut. But being talked down to and passive aggressiveness are not what I signed up for. The haircut and the stylist were fine. It was the guy, Mike (maybe the owner?) standing around offering nothing but a bad attitude and statements that were so unnecessary. Some of the ladies here are phenomenal and care about how your hair looks. Others aren't as skilled or really don't care about their craft.
Hilary was great. Fun to chat with and easy going. Awesome cut too.
