Don't bother bringing young kids here. The stylist we had was wildly unprofessional and said cutting our 3 year old's hair is child abuse. We are glad we didn't let them work with our son. Go somewhere that will be professional with your kids and not threaten to leave them with half a haircut before you even start. The customer service is appalling.
I have been going to the Gig Harbor north salon for years and have managed to find a few stylists that do a good job and wait for them to cut my hair. Unfortunately, the stylists I use were not there a couple of times and got this one lady that ruined my hair! I have a simple bob haircut with undercut to make it curl under. I have been having Kyle cut my hair for a few years now and he is always FANTASTIC! He listens to how I like my hair cut, a pixie, with lots of texture!! I love him to pieces!!!
Rushed
I hate to leave negative reviews. I understand that most people vent when they are upset or unhappy, but I sat on this for 2 days and still feel that this experience was too disappointing not to share. From the moment we arrived, the “stylist” made it clear that cutting a child’s hair was more of an inconvenience than part of her job.
