My haircut from Deanna was amazing and I can't wait to go back and have her cut it again.
Liz is amazing!! This was my first time going to this location and I wanted to do a big chop (haven’t had my hair cut in over a year). I explained what I wanted and she did exactly that!! I absolutely love my hair!! Thank you Liz!
I have been getting my haircut every month for 6 years and have have always had a great experience from Donna and Deanna. The online app can be a little quirky with the estimated wait times, but overall a great value for my money and time.
Today I had a wonderful haircut experience with Donna . She was quick , asked the right questions when it came to the haircut . Very friendly of course (all the girls here are) and also funny/fun to talk with . I’m giving them 5 stars because I always enjoy my time here and they engage with the customers at a 5 star level . And my haircut looks fresh ;)
Looong wait. App sucks. I reserved ahead. App tells me 19 minutes. Says to leave 15 minutes out. Get there and it's 5 minutes out... All is well. Then there's 5 people waiting in front of you, and 1 of the 2 stylists has to take lunch for 30 minutes. I'm an hour into my wait. What a joke. Great Clips corporate doesn't give a damn about my time, or yours. Do better. Hair cut is fine.
