I've been getting my haircut here for the last 5 years. The salon had a stylist who botched my haircut. I paid for that days service, and tipped the stylist like a gentleman and left. I then asked their "cooperate" to reimburse me the haircut cost. It was a botch! They reimbursed me after 4 weeks and a bunch of messages back and forth. They blacklisted me because I got upset about the terrible haircut! Then needed the refund!!
I have never been to a great clips before...I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Katherin and was escorted to her area right then...she took her time talking with me asking me questions throughout my experience...and keeping casual conversation...I found her to be very pleasant and she did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. Thank you Katherin for a good experience and 100% I will be visiting again.
Never had an issue at this great clips until today. I had an older stylist she did a fairly decent job with my hair cut all I really got was a trim but she sent me walking out with wet hair. I’m a very quiet person so I didn’t say anything but that’s never happened before where a stylist has sent me out of the salon with Wet hair and now that it is dry it looks like a frizzy mess.
