If I could give a ZERO star I would. Have a very bad experience here, take my Son in for his hair cut. This is our second time here. The stylist doesn’t know what he is doing. I don’t mind paying for extra if it’s gonna take a little longer time. He was a bit rude, I’m very Disappoint with his poor services. Very unsatisfying. Would not recommend this place.
I am not happy with my haircut. I went in to get a trim and layers but my hair just looks chopped. Both sides in the front are longer than the rest of the haircut and can’t tell where the layers are at. The customer service definitely needs a lot of work at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Horrible staff, horrible service. My nephew went in for a haircut and was met with judgement. When the haircut was done and they showed him the result he asked if they could fix it and “Tori” became annoyed, sighed, called him too picky and was hesitant to fix it. Go to this location and always get a different stylist each time. While my hairstylist was wonderful my wife is very disappointed with her haircut. She told the stylist how she likes her hair and the stylist didn't pay attention that my wife said not way up the side of her ears and not much off the back. My wife is very disappointed. While she does have short hair she doesn't like coming out feeling like she got a man's haircut.
