Brought my boys in today and my son asked for a specific hair cut. About 4 inches on top with a low undercut fade. What he got was not what he asked for the sides are not even they are too long and before anyone says why didnt you tell them to fix it then because the last time we came here (5 years ago) we did that and it was even worse I had to do a fade at home after spending money for it to be screwed up but the place hes been going wasn't open and I didn't have another day to do it. Back to not using this place.
My first time at this location, but I use great clips every 3 weeks or so. My issue was they have a young girl who was/is obviously training, she was very sweet, but I saw where she messed up my hair, and it really stressed her out, and she had to ask another stylist for help, which I'm glad she did, the other stylist had to fix my hair, which required my hair being extremely short, maybe the shortest/closest cut I've ever had in my 47 years. The ladies were quick & polite. My son got the haircut he wanted. Great experience will be going bk from now on
