Came here on 10/11/26 at 5:43 PM and door was closed with two workers inside not letting us in. Hopefully management sees this and holds them accountable for turning away business during operating hours.
Says walk-ins welcome. I walked in there was a guy there he was seated. My name was the only one on the computer. A guy strolled in, he'd called ahead and was taken ahead of me. I was already there. I left angry. Don't know if I'll return.
I want for a haircut here for the first time and they messed up my hair pretty bad. No symmetry maintained on both sides. One side they cut short, other kept long. Very poor haircut skills. I just requested a normal haircut and now i have a different length of hairs in front of both my ears. And it’s very noticeable.
