I had my hair done by Rossy today at Great Clips and I honestly could not be happier. I went in expecting just a basic cut to help get rid of old red color, but Rossy completely transformed it. She was confident, creative, and actually took the time to talk through ideas with me instead of just cutting it straight across like I originally planned.
