I had an outstanding experience at the Great Clips in the South Lakes Shopping Plaza in Reston, VA! I have very thick, coarse hair, so finding a stylist who can cut and style it well isn’t always easy. Alanis did an amazing job, giving me a beautiful long bob that is flattering, easy to manage, and exactly what I was hoping for. She also gave me a fantastic blowout that left my hair looking smooth and polished. I was especially impressed by the quality of the haircut and styling. It’s very affordable, but at this particular location I experienced worst customer service , I book an appointment online went there and there was an elder asian man who did my haircut in 8 minutes, not listening to what I am saying , didn’t care about the picture I showed to him, he is not rude on my face but he didn’t even try to be patient and do his job ….never coming back to this particular location again….Just read some of the reviews and most of the low rating reviews mentioning about this guy , if anyone coming here ... read more
