I went to Great Clips in Thorndale, Pa on Friday October 18, 2024. I did not make a appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that they still took me with a minimum wait! A very outgoing Red Haired lady worked on me and before doing certain things explained them first. She explained they keep notes on each cut so on future visits they can refer to them!
