Team was Awesome
I made my appointment online and it said I was up next in 7 minutes. I rushed to get there and they took someone before I could get there. I felt they rushed me through. Then I had a $5 coupon and they took it off full price haircut and I feel it should have been taken off my senior price. Thinking of going somewhere else next time.
We were just in there today and the girl completely butchered my daughter's hair. She starts high school next week had gorgeous long hair and she is now in tears. All she wanted was a few inches off, which is alot for her but thats what she wanted and long face framing pieces. She chopped the under layer 3 inches shorter than the rest of her hair and changed the entire angle of her hair. It looks completely uneven, I could cry for her. Never again.
