I've taken my 9 year old son to this great clips in the past and never had any problems but today was a different story and after what I experienced I will never go back. The lady who cut my child's hair left multiple scratches at the base of his neck. Not just a knick there was at least 8-10 scratches where she hit his neck multiple times with her clippers. Betsy did a decent job. Good customer service. *After my hair died it actually was very choppy and uneven on the sides and not blended well. I wish I would have checked better before I left The picture is with equal amounts from each side. I showed a picture of my choppy hair and I got a response back "thanks for your great review"???? What?!
