Great haircut today
My visit to the Spanish Fork Great Clips was outstanding, with Mackenzie delivering flawless service. Her spectacular work ethic and wonderful attitude made for a great experience. I'm thankful for her excellent work.
We had checked in with a 40 minute wait time went to get a couple of things while we waited and went back with a 20 minute wait time sat there for 15 minutes for someone to seat us while another person got sat that was four appointments behind us and then all employees disappeared other than the 2 that where cutting hair this was the most disrespectful thing I have seen and when I confronted them about it thay where sorry but the absent employees where going to take care of us as soon as possible we had waited an extra ten m... read more
They really just let anyone work here. I have been going to great clips for a few months as it’s about all I can afford right now. I have historically gone to expert barbers that do incredible work, but the cost is just too much. I went to the Spanish Fork location and this is what my hair ended up like. I didn’t actually look at the back until I got home, but assumed it was fine as the person that cut my hair took their time on the top. You could not pay me to return to great clips.
