I went here today after an absolutely awful experience at a different location and omg. I had literally the best experience with the people at this location. Jordan was so nice over the phone. When I got there, the stylist Whitney took me back and she was so nice. So communicative. She took an absolute disaster and turned it into a masterpiece that I can feel confident about. Genesis is amazing!! I’m so glad I found her to cut and give me the fade that I’ve wanted for years.
Happy with the visit all were nice however there are 2 girls that need improvement the first girl cut my hair the visit prior to this she did fine with the cut but kept walking away to take care of other people I understand aknowledge customer's coming in but there were 4 other girls and they never left their station also if that wasn't frustrating enough she kept walking away to answer her watch phone at least 3 times very off-putting for your paying customer's she had to wet my hair 3 times because she was too concerned wi... read more
