I checked in online, the app said zero wait, I walked in and some tall older brunette was just sitting there on her phone. There was no one in the store. She asked me if I checked and I saw my name on the list, so I said yes, she then rude ly goes to the back and tries to get someone else to cut my hair. This location is good nice people cutting hair and friendly
Love the online check-in feature. I live 7 minutes away from the Great clips in San Dimas, California so I can check in while I'm at home and drive to the shop eating up time on the check-in line! My last haircut was a disaster. There's all kinds of hair sticking up on the top of my head which were missed from trimming. I'm going to go back to the shop to get it touched up the way it should be!
Check in on line, then when I showed up at 4:30,I was told they couldn't take me for a hair cut because the person cutting hair had somewhere to be at 5:30.
