Absolutely amazing location. Don’t know if I’m spelling her name correctly, Saydia, was awesome. I have been happy with the stylists at Great Clips after moving here 5 years ago but Saydia gave me the haircut I’ve had for a decade from my favorite stylist I used to get and I was incredibly satisfied. Also incredible service, chill place to get your cuts and great staff. Thank you!
Terrible business!. Have been here 3 times and only once has it gone well. Had a lady cut length off the top of my head after telling her directly don’t touch the top leave it alone. 2nd time I went I was sitting and sitting waiting about 20 minutes and my name was next on the list. Another customer comes in and is behind me in the queue yet they call him first. What’s the point of check ins and waiting patiently in store if you're just gonna pick and choose whose hair you cut?. Service here has declined considerably. I made the mistake of stepping out for a few minutes and was really suprised when my kid texted that he was already done. The fade was low and uneven and poorly blended. Despite me asking for a high fade and short hair on top, the top part wasnt even touched. Looked like he was just rushed through. To make it worse, he had clumps of cut hair sitting on top of his ear so they didnt even do a good job brushing it off.
