Very professional, Heather was my hair dresser. She explained how things worked with online check in and took the time to give me exactly what I wanted. I felt very welcomed and can't wait to go back and bring my family. Highly recommend!

Went in for a wash and cut. I knew as soon as she started washing ( if you could call it that) my hair that this girl did not know what she was doing. She smeared the shampoo on and just about touched my hair. I swear she thought she was washing an infant. There was no pressure on my head at all. I had to inform her that she didn't get the back of my hair which was still dry. After explaining to her that I have a cowlick in my bang and she couldn't cut it as short because it would creep up, what does she do, cuts it shorter.... read more
I always request Lisa cut my hair. We have a good rapport and she does an excellent job, listens to any concerns or suggestions, and sends me home feeling like a million bucks and 10 years younger!
