Extremely disappointed. Discriminating unappreciative staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ON WEEKENDS. They have new staff person named Maria H who is has worst attitude for her customer. I and my son walked in last Saturday. First she told me i will cut according to notes on file tell me now because you cannot change later as i have to being timed for hair cut. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Placentia Great Clips location. I called ahead to confirm I could use a $10 coupon, and the staff member who answered told me it could be applied after my haircut. However, upon presenting the coupon, the staff refused to honor it, stating they were not accepting it despite the coupon not specifying any location restrictions.
