I had an extremely disappointing experience at Great Clips today I wish I could give it zero stars. I brought my one-year-old son for his haircut, and from the moment I arrived, the service was terrible. The older female employee with blonde hair and light skin who greeted us was extremely rude no greeting at all, just immediately demanding my phone number and personal info.
