My son, my daughter and myself came to this location by Publix in Pell City. They took down my info and told me it would be a 51 minute wait. We were only getting my son’s hair cut so I didn’t mind the wait time. We got a few things at Publix and waited for the “15 minutes until your turn” text came through. We walked back over once we got it and THEY LOCKED US OUT! YES, THE DOOR WAS LITERALLY LOCKED. It’s 6:35pm at this point. They don’t close until 7pm today.
